Our Petrol Station Equipment Maintenance Department is based in a modern building of 2.400m2, in 15-17 Serron Str, Athens, Greece. The building has pleasant office areas and fully operational warehouses.
The Dapartment uses all latest equipment and technologies for communication with its technicians and the customers.
For URGENT situations, well trained technicians provide on-call instructions and solutions for all issues occuring, on a 24/7 basis.
Our technicians that cover all Greek territory (Athens, Thessaloniki, Larisa, Patras, Heraklion) are using smart phones, tablets and 4G connection to immediately respond to customers' requests.
In all our braches (Athens, Thessaloniki, Larisa, Patras, Heraklion) all incoming calls from customers are recorded.
Our Maintenance Department has 12 Mobile Service Units and 12 Technicials for maintenance works.
The Mobile Service Units are fully equipped with all necessary tools, equipment and spare parts for all types of Fuel Pumps.
All Techincians are fully trained and well experienced for performing any maintenance works efficiently, effectively and with all safety measures required under consideration.
All Mobile Service Units are monitored using GPS technology and specialized software, for optimal use of all resources, aiming to offering our customers fast responce to their needs and the highest possible level of services.
For Fast Response to Customers' needs and Better Service Level our Maintenance Department is using Latest Technology Information Systems
These systems enable us to monitor:
- Where each Mobile Service Unit is, for instant re-routing if necessary.
- Completed interventions in real time, by using data received from each Unit's 4G Tablet.
- Pending interventions in real time, by using data received from each Unit's 4G Tablet.
Furthermore, our Maintenance Department has available a Technical Database with manuals, working procedures, technical drawings, spare parts manuals etc, covering all types of Fuel Pumps.
Our Warehouses are controlled by the central ERP System. We always have on stock sufficient spare parts for all types of Fuel Pumps of all major manufacturers.
Warehouse Managers are responsible for providing all Service Units with the necessary spare parts, and for immediate stock replenishment.
